MINT BLOG

I’m from Humenne, which is a small town on the east of Slovakia. My relationship with art was visible since my childhood. One day, I came into contact with graffiti and since then I’ve been heavily influenced by the whole culture. My previous education in Slovakia wasn’t art related, so Graffiti was the only form of art I did that time.

After I moved to Manchester and worked here for three years. I decided to start study again. I did my B-TEC foundation diploma in art and design at Manchester College and successfully finished with a distinction from my final major project.

Then, I started to study a Foundation degree course in New Media Design at Manchester College.
During my two years on the course, I generated many useful design and life skills. I’ve been introduced to the world of animation, graphic and web design.
Currently, I am a student on 2nd year of study on the BA(Hons) Design for Digital Media Course at Salford University.

I’m an energetic person full of creative ideas. I strive for perfection in every aspect of my life.I have a big passion for creating moving image and really enjoy designing opening sequences and end credits.
I specialize in Motion graphics and 3D design. My technical knowledge of software applications such as : After Effects, 3dsMAX, Illustrator and Photoshop is of a high standard.

END CREDITS 2nd draft

I have been recently looking at how to work with a green screen and I came up with concept for the end credits. The idea is to have each one of us, participating on the documentary walk towards the camera over the green screen. The point was to create the ghosts from each and every one of us.

I booked the first session at the studio and did my first test shot. The background image is Southern cemetery in Chorlton/Didsbury. I’m not really pleased with it because it doesn’t match the size of the character. Also, the text doesn’t seem to fit well, so I’ll have to think of something else.
